 lcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and other neurobehavioral differences\, in
 cluding developing effective parenting and professional techniques. Indivi
 duals with FASD are referred to as having an invisible physical disability
 \, since there are few external physical characteristics of prenatal alcoh
 ol exposure.  Often\, the only symptoms of the underlying neurological dis
 ability are behaviors.  The shift in focus is from the child to the child-
 in-the-environment\; from trying harder using increasing controlling and c
 oercive measures\, to trying differently and achieving reductions in secon
 dary behaviors through environmental accommodations.  Participants will le
 arn how to increase effectiveness\, reduce frustration\, and obtain improv
 ed outcomes in working with those with prenatal alcohol exposure. \n\n\nSa
