Do you have questions around Assistive Technology? Don’t know what it is or used for? Do you wonder if it can be used to help your child with math, reading, organization, mobility, self-help skills and more?
Here is your chance to have your questions answered! ATP and PTI are hosting two Q&A trainings around Assistive Technology.

Submit your questions in advance so the experts at Assistive Technology Partnerships can answer them during this training!

Questions can be submitted to Connie Shockley at cshockley@pti-nebraska.org. Please email all questions no later than the end of the day on October 4th for them to be included in these two trainings.

Resource Family Consultants

Our staff includes Resource Family Consultants who specialize in one-on-one relationships, which provide foster parents with emotional encouragement, skill reinforcement, and parenting strategies unique to providing out-of-home care.

Scholarships

The Nebraska Foster & Adoptive Parent Association (NFAPA) offers scholarships to adoptive, foster, guardianship or kinship youth who wish to further their education beyond high school or GED.

Become a Foster Parent

There is an ongoing need in Nebraska for families willing to share their hearts and their homes with children who require temporary foster care. There is also a need for “forever” families for our waiting children, especially teens, who are available for adoption.
